The area is quiet and safe, providing a relaxing atmosphere. Rooms are clean, though the space can be cramped, especially with multiple suitcases. Breakfast offers decent variety, but the coupon system is a bit confusing. Staff members are friendly and accommodating, enhancing the experience.

    water pressure
    usb ports
    cramped room

Great water pressure in the shower, perfect for unwinding after a day on the go. USB charging ports near the beds add modern convenience to the setup.

Rooms are cramped, especially with luggage. two travel suitcases can take up nearly all the floor space. Breakfast options miss the mark, with tater tots disappointing those expecting hash browns, and limited fresh fruit choices. Ironing facilities were hard to come by, which is less than ideal for anyone needing to get ready for meetings.

    convenient location
    tight space
    inaccessible transport
    multiple transfers

The hotel is conveniently located near the concert venue, making it easy to head back after events. The family room offered clean and comfortable beds, though space was tight for our luggage. Additionally, a microwave and ice machine were available, which added to the convenience. However, the train station wasn’t as accessible, requiring multiple transfers to get to attractions.

    great shower pressure
    confusing check-in process

The shower had excellent water pressure, making it a refreshing experience to unwind after a long day exploring the city.

The self-check-in process at the counter was a bit confusing, particularly regarding the breakfast coupon system which caused some initial misunderstandings.

It was just a decent option for a city break in Tokyo with decent value for money. The shower had excellent water pressure, making for a refreshing experience after a long day. Try to use UberEats if you're looking for late-night snacks.

    convenient location
    easy check-in
    cramped space

The hotel is conveniently located near the Ariake Tennis Park and Arena, where we caught some live sports action. Our stay was made better with great food options at the nearby garden mall. Plus, the self-check-in system was super easy with my girlfriend.

My wife says that the room felt cramped with luggage everywhere. It would be great to have more storage available for families.

During my stay, the room was clean and equipped with quality amenities, including nice skincare products. However, the location is far from major attractions, requiring 30-60 minutes on public transport. It's a solid choice for a short visit if you don't mind travel times.
